SERVICES

We offer excellent agistment facilities as well the opportunity to take advantage of all our other facilities.

All agistment fees are daily

Agistment

Basic Agistment in paddock, including no feed * $ 5.25/day

Premium Agistment in paddock, including 2 feeds of hay daily $10.75/day. INCLUDES 1/2 HOUR USE OF INDOOR ARENA PER WEEK. ONE HORSE PER SESSION ONLY*

Premium Agistment Plus gives you 2 feeds a day plus exclusive use of either the indoor arena for an additional  1/2 hour per week. One horse per session only. $11.75/day

Stables - 12x12 stable including sawdust and cleaning, day paddock (own cleaning) no feed $12.00/day

Premium Stables - 12x12 stable including sawdust, cleaning and 2 feeds of hay daily, day paddock (own cleaning) $17.25/day. INCLUDES 1/2 HOUR USE OF INDOOR ARENA PER WEEK. ONE HORSE PER SESSION*

Premium Stables Plus the same as above plus exclusive use of either the indoor arena for AN ADDITIONAL 1/2 hour per week. One horse per session only. $18.25/day

(Morning rugging is included in the above when necessary, afternoon rugging owners responsibility)

Premium Full board including stable and day paddock, sawdust, cleaning, rugging twice a day when required, 2 feeds of hay plus selected hard feed daily, worming. $34.25/day. INCLUDES 1/2 HOUR USE OF INDOOR ARENA PER WEEK. ONE HORSE PER SESSION ONLY*

Premium Full board Plus include the above plus Exclusive use of either indoor arena for AN ADDITIONAL 1/2 hour per week. One horse per session only. $36.00/day

Please note that storage of own feed is limited until additional facilities are in.

Other fees

Rugging (additional) $6.00/day

Cleaning paddock . $15.00/wk note that paddocks that are not cleaned every week will incur the cleaning fee of $15.00 for that week.

Attending/assisting a Farrier or a Vet per horse $.20.00

Use of Outdoor Arena Lights per hour $ 5.00/hr

Parking float $ 5.00/wk

 

All training / working fees

Lungeing of your horse twice a week, not including agistment $ 80.00 

Training / working of your horse, include lungeing/riding four times per week , not including agistment $150.00

Educating/breaking-in TBA

Lessons at Windemere Lodge - 1/2hour $ 25.00 - 1 hour $ 50.00

lessons at your place are available for an additional charge

Group lesson 2 students - 1 hour $ 60.00

3 students or more TBA

Saddle Club - introduction to horsemanship, ideal for beginners , 2hours/day over 3 days during school holidays $ 90.00

also available to do weekly on request and if demand is there

We can also campaign your horse on your behalf if you for some any reason can't do it yourself.
